We are proud to announce that we have now teamed up with Clinical Animal Behaviourist (CAB) and full member of the APBC Danielle Beck to work in tandem to provide a streamlined triage support system for dogs and their owners in the North West.
With working together, it enables us to each be focusing on specific areas of your dog’s behaviour modification journey.
The initial step will be to discover and assess which level of support is required. This will be done via completing a behaviour questionnaire form.
Danielle focuses her work on providing behaviour consultations, which involves diagnosing and putting a specific plan in place for you and your dog whilst liaising with your veterinary practice. A veterinary referral is required for a behaviour consultation.
At Your Dog’s Pace will focus on helping put the plan into practice via rehabilitation training 121s, providing training classes set up for rehabilitation, along with providing “first aid” support appointments (if required) prior to a behaviour consultation with Danielle. There will also be online behaviour courses written by Danielle to also support you throughout the rehabilitation process.
Working together will enable us to collaborate and touch base on your dog’s journey of rehabilitation and to assess together their progress.
Please note: many pet insurance companies cover behaviour on their policies, and so it may be worth contacting your pet insurance to see if you are covered for the costs.
For more information, please fill out the behaviour questionnaire below, and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
